We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your order. However, since we’re dealing with fresh, perishable goods, there are some limitations to what can be returned.

No Returns on Perishable Items

Because our baked goods are made fresh and are perishable, we can’t accept any returns. Once it’s out the door, it’s yours to enjoy!

Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll either send you a new item or offer a full refund, depending on what you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after this period cannot be refunded.
